Appeals & Re‑Evaluation 

We welcome corrections from firms and website owners. If your company currently holds a Risk Assessment score of 3 or below and you believe our information is inaccurate, outdated, or missing context, you may submit an appeal for review.

Who Can Submit

 

 

  • Authorized representatives only. We accept requests from firm founders, executives, legal/compliance staff, or officially designated communications staff.
  • Independent website owners may submit corrections regarding their own published content cited by us.

 

 

What to Include (Required)

Your submission must include all of the following or it will be automatically denied:

  1. Full name
  2. Title/role at the firm you represent
  3. Company name & official website
  4. Work email and direct phone number
  5. Specific statement of what is wrong or outdated
  6. Evidence or documentation (URLs, screenshots, dated policies/ToS, tickets, public filings, etc.)
  7. Requested outcome (correction, clarification, or complete re‑evaluation)

Note: Submissions missing any required item will not be processed.

 

Review Timeline & Outcomes

 

  • Acknowledgment: within 7 (usually 3 days or less)  business days
  • Decision: during our quarterly re‑assessment, unless strong evidence qualifies for an off‑cycle correction under our Transparency Policy
  • If we correct an error: we’ll update the entry and place a RED Transparency Banner explaining the change and the evidence we relied on
  • If we do not change the rating: we’ll reply with a short rationale and note any evidence we still need.
  • Please note we will auto deny the application, and will not issue a responds if you are missing any of the required information stated above.

We keep submissions confidential except for the minimum details needed to verify a claim and to note changes on our Risk Watch page. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee a rating change. Nothing on our site constitutes financial advice. Trading involves significant risk of loss; always perform your own due diligence.

All required fields must be completed. Missing information will result in an automatic denial of your appeal or re-evaluation request. Only authorized firm representatives may submit appeals.

Confidential Information of Personal and Company Specifics 

We are dedicated to providing accurate and transparent information. Every claim and request is thoroughly reviewed in a timely manner. If we discover an error on our part, we will promptly take corrective measures. To keep our readers informed, a red banner will appear at the top of the firm’s detail card to highlight any misprints or retractions, along with a clear explanation of the update and any adjustments to the ranking.

We prioritize complete transparency in our processes. All information received from companies requesting a re-evaluation is treated as confidential. Except in cases where re-evaluation is approved and a re-ranking occurs, no personal or company information will be disclosed.
